This striking set of images shows the progress with the Castlegate Shopping Centre demolition in Stockton-on-Tees as part of the Stockton Waterfront development.
The Swallow Hotel, Multi-storey car park and half the shopping mall has now gone, with work having disconnected the Millennium Bridge which will be linked into the new waterfront park.
Remaining is the Spencer Market Hall, Northern Mall, and the iconic Curley Whirly rooftop ramp. These will be raised to the ground over the coming months.
