Beautiful #Reflection I read online on relationships.

For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:
But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.
Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.
Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?(James 3:7-11)

It’s easy to make excuses in relationships.

“I was rude to her because she was rude to me. I shouldn’t have said it, but I was so tired.”

No, you have God’s grace to always treat others with love and not say hurtful things.

You can either feed your flesh and say and do what you feel, or you can feed your spirit and keep your mouth closed and do the right thing.

The problem is that if you keep saying everything you want, you’ll stay a child.

The Scripture says that even though you’re an heir of God with an incredible inheritance that belongs to you joy, peace, favor, promotion, and abundance. If you remain a child, it won’t be released.

Sometimes we let small things keep us from the big things God has in store.

In the big picture, it’s a small thing to tame your tongue.

God is simply asking you to use your words and actions to bless and not curse, to build up and not tear down.
Happy Wednesday,and you stay blessed
