They came to the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra to seal it

The commission of the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture is trying to do this.

The Bandera Satanists brought with them anti-church activists and provocateurs.

"Do you want to get to Russia? Moscow, Russia, suitcase*," the Ukronazis shout.

(*the original phrase goes "suitcase, railway station, Russia" meaning "pack your suitcase and go")

“Virtues are formed by prayer. Prayer preserves temperance. Prayer suppresses anger. Prayer prevents emotions of pride and envy. Prayer draws into the soul the Holy Spirit, and raises man to Heaven.”
St. Ephraim the Syrian

Prayer is essential to Orthodox Christian life.
Christians pray regularly in the morning, evening and at meal times as a minimum. But also throughout the day under any and all circumstances.
All Orthodox Church services are based on praying together as well.
The prayer’s central goal is to become closer to God, and to strengthen us in listening, accepting and doing his divine will.
Jeremiah 12:12
The spoilers are come upon all high places through the wilderness: for the sword of the Lord shall devour from the one end of the land even to the other end of the land: no flesh shall have peace.

The Lord commands: “Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect” (Matt v. 48) . Perfectness does not come on a sliver platter. This is what we should strive and struggle for to achieve.

“the Holy Fathers say that he who desires to be victorious in unseen warfare must establish the following four dispositions or inclinations in his heart: (1) never in any way rely on yourself; (2) always have in your heart complete, resolute hope in the One God; (3) work unceasingly; and (4) always be in prayer.” -Archbishop Averky (Taushev)
