Based on the Holy Scriptures, the Patristing interpretations and Holy Tradition, we know that Orthodox spirituality is expressed through prayer, worship, Sacraments, and grows through hardships….. for “narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” (Mt,7,14)
